Twilight is usually booked as an add-on to the regular shoot. There are two common ways to do it:

• Same-day: We shoot the interiors and exteriors in the late afternoon, then stay for twilight. This is the most efficient option.

• Separate trip: If the daytime shoot is in the morning, we come back at dusk. This works well when the home needs good morning light on the front.

Either way, we can capture photos, video, and a 3D tour in the same visit, so the seller only preps the home once. Since a return trip carries a reshoot fee, it is worth having every light working and the yard ready before we arrive.
